Hermès Gym Pop-Up in Brooklyn
More and more luxury brands are investing in pop-up experiences and engaging with their consumers through different types of sectors. Last week, Hermès opened a temporary gym in Brooklyn, New York, mixing the two Fs: fashion and fitness.
Visitors were invited to step into #HermèsFit for a luxurious workout experience. The bright orange fitness studio included a boxing ring surrounded by hanging fashion accessories and sneakers on shelves. You could join fitness courses and try working out with their accessories. Some of their courses included “Carré yoga”, “Kickboxing with Bracelets” and “Voguing with hats”. Many were intrigued and participated in those various workout activities, such as stretching with Hermès belts or balancing with luxurious hats.
Earlier this year, Hermès also launched the same pop-up in China, from 20 to 23 May which showed great success for the brand. The French brand is also planning to open one in Paris, Taipei, and Shanghai.
