Capes - A fashionable alternative to the autumn coats

A fashionable cape can be a great alternative to a classic trench coat, leather coats and a voluminous jacket. Fashion editors and instagram influencers prove this. 

In the 19th century, in the heyday era of romanticism, cape gained indestructible popularity, until it was replaced by strict coats and redingots, in which however, protective drape remained. In the 1930s, the fashion for luxurious robes returned to the world of renewed, bringing with it the nostalgic spirit of ancient tales of princesses and kings, great deeds and at the same time theatrical scale. Since then, cape has stayed with us forever. 

Cape will never go out of style. It’s just that there are so many of them in the collections of F/W season and they are all so different that in itself there is a feeling that this is the main thing in the autumn wardrobe. 

Designers offer to wear caps over absolutely any clothing. Loewe offers to wear a cape shirt made of white cotton with lace, Chanel and Burberry - made the capes of tweed and fur, Givenchy and Valentino have luxurious, antique-looking capes of complex colors with which any celebration will be remembered for your appearance. 

It is very important not to be shy to wear such a seemingly pretentious thing like cape - in everyday life, at work, on a visit or for a walk.
