Tkalčićeva StreetTkalčićeva Street in Zagreb is a beautiful street lined with restaurants and cafes. At that same place once flowed a river that separated the districts of Kaptol and Gradec. At the end of the 19th century, the river was filled in and converted into streets due to major pollution. Today, visitors of all ages are now walking in this street with small boutiques, traditional shops, restaurants and cafes.
Ilicalica street is one of the longest streets in Zagreb, Croatia. The busy street is home to many shops and cultural sites and spans through most of the northwestern part of the city, from the Ban Jelačić Square in the city centre westward to the Vrapče district. The street is 5.66 km long, making it the third longest street in the city.
