Key trends from around the world catwalks S/S 2020 season

The Fashion Weeks in New York, Milan, London and Paris has just ended. It means that the time has come to take stock and determine the trends that world designers have identified for next summer. The general trend is a course on defiant sexuality and brightness. Let’s see the key trends for the next Spring/Summer season!

The most popular color next season will be  - “salmon” color. A pastel shade will be at the peak of relevance next summer. Dresses and blouses of this color were on the Natasha Ramsey-Levy show for Chloé. Nehera minimalists featured satin vests dyed in salmon color. Glenn Martens also added a touch of this color to the collection. At the Jonathan Anderson show for Loewe, was a pink salmon midi dress, which was distinguished with a special tenderness. 

One of the most visually catching trends is absolutely crazy fantasy platforms with wood carvings and unimaginable shapes. It was at the Celine, Givenchy и Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Y/Project shows. Also such a maximalists as Lacoste and Rokh showed, it seems, the most “scary” shoes in the history of Fashion Week. 

Sexy corsets were seen at the ultramodern Matty Bovan fashion show. At the Martha Marquez and Paulo Almeida show, models appeared corsets, decorated with prints in the pop art style. The most fashionable corsets next summer are as colorful and closed as possible.

Barbie style on the world catwalks revealed in all its glory. One of the most tender and playful trends is pink ruffles. Such models were in the collections of Molly Goddard, Christopher Kane, Simone Rocha and others. 

Black and white stripes have become an important trend at the world catwalks. Designers combined strips of different lengths and widths in one bow, applied graphic prints on silk and cotton. 

One of the most popular colours at the world catwalks were - cold lavender. Almost all shades of lavender were seen at the Marta Jakubowski, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Natasha Zinko collections.
