Headband: the 90s accessory is the trend 2023. As Bella Hadid teaches us

On the nostalgic wave of the 90s and 2000s fashion revival, hair accessories typical of those years are making a comeback: headbands, scrunchies, bandanas... Leading the trend is supermodel Bella Hadid, who turned the headband into the coolest of style details. 

Timeless and with a romantic allure, the headband is an easy and versatile accessory: soft, elastic, wide to embrace a good part of the head, it can be more classic in monochrome, patterned, or made from a knotted scarf.

Spotted on the catwalks in recent seasons, the 90s-inspired headband has spread on social media, taken up by celebrities and trendsetters. Bella Hadid has worn it several times, making it the focus of her looks. Wearing a white headband, an homage to Brigitte Bardot, short T-shirt and a long, ultra-low-waisted skirt with maxi belt, she celebrated her new collaboration with smoothie brand Kinsicle, bringing suggestions of the era to contemporary looks. The last, not unimportant, detail is the small golden clasp-declaredly 90s-stopping the sash.
