Gucci X Balenciaga: ‘The Hacker Project’ Pop-up Stores Worldwide

After seven long months of waiting, the collaboration, or better saying, “hack” of Gucci X Balenciaga has finally arrived in 74 physical stores worldwide. The co-branding celebrates both fashion houses' styles in the creation of ready-to-wear, bags and accessories. Entitled ‘The Hacker Project’, the collection is the result of a contamination of Alessandro Michele and Demna Gvasalia design codes. 

Today, November 15, is the grand debut of the ultimate hack of the century with the opening of several pop-up stores globally. The spaces will take the viewers through the creative process, presenting the idea of the project and the consequent products. Some Balenciaga stores will receive the ‘Hacker treatment’, with decorations such as curtains and carpets with Gucci X Balenciaga monogram, whereas the windows will be stained with graffiti of Gucci.

- Boon the Shop (Seoul)

- Shinsegae Times Square (Seoul)

- Harbour City (Hong Kong)

- Sanlitun — The Red House (Beijing)

- Thailand Siam Paragon (Bangkok)
